Refund policy
Our boutique offers STORE CREDIT ONLY FOR RETURNS, We accept returns within 14 days of the date of delivery of your item(s). If accepted, store credit will be given. We do not accept any returns after 14 days. No exceptions. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about a style before purchasing.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging including the invoice received.
To request a return, you can contact us at ally@allybuckley.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you the return information and address of where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We are unable to pay for return shipping costs so you will be responsible for the cost to return your item(s).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item using your store credit.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if it has been approved or not. If approved, you will be emailed a gift card as your store credit excluding the original cost of shipping.
